Nebraska received a much needed verbal commit in wide receiver Jordan Westerkamp. The 6-1 190 pounder from Lombardi (Illinois) Montini catholic becomes only the second commit for the Huskers. Though Westerkamp may not provide blazing speed, he'll proved the Huskers with a possession receiver with his great set of hands after hauling in 121 receptions and 39 Td's thus far in his high school career. Westerkamp was given a 4 star rating by Rivals.com and Scout.com rated him a 3 star prospect and the 42nd best at his position. Westerkamp also had scholarship offers from West Virginia, Iowa, Boston College and Illinois to name a few.
